The network provides continuous tele-ICU monitoring and supervision, a tele-dialysis program where six nephrologists remotely cover dialysis sessions – expanding specialist reach fivefold – and a tele-radiology service that has slashed image reading times from up to 14 days to under 2 days (an 86% improvement). The system streams real-time vital signs and uses AI-driven triage alerts to flag deteriorating patients early, enabling timely interventions even in understaffed facilities. With Phase 1 already demonstrating expanded access and faster care delivery, Phase 2 will onboard seven more hospitals, aligning with a national strategy to improve healthcare equity in underserved areas.
